My Father-in-law had two wives and he has now passed away. Can I marry my wife’s step-mother?

In the name of Allah, Most Compassionate, Most Merciful,
As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.
It is permissible for you to marry your wife’s stepmother
And Allah Ta'ālā knows best.
