assalaamualaikumwarahmatullahiwabarakaatuhu i am enquiring regarding the permissisbility/impermissibility of 0% alcohol beer. the product contains 0.03% alcohol as per the bottle.

In the name of Allah, Most Compassionate, Most Merciful,
As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.
0% (0.03%) alcohol beer is not permissible.
It is a general drink of people who drink intoxicants.[i] Soft drinks is unlike 0% alcohol beer.
سنن أبي داود (4/ 44)[i]4031 – حَدَّثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو النَّضْرِ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ ثَابِتٍ، حَدَّثَنَا حَسَّانُ بْنُ عَطِيَّةَ، عَنْ أَبِي مُنِيبٍ الْجُرَشِيِّ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «مَنْ تَشَبَّهَ بِقَوْمٍ فَهُوَ مِنْهُمْ»
